The layout
Every suite sits along inside corridors, with two shared restrooms and a staff break room. Several suites connect to one another, so you can combine two rooms into one larger space if you need extra room to grow.
Located at 5600 Waterford District Dr., minutes from MIA, Doral and Coral Gables, with free surface parking and easy access off 836 and Flagler.
The actual permit-set layout: 22 private suites along inside corridors. Suites marked ⇄ connect to their neighbor and can combine into one larger space.
